About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Marketing Manager to join our team at MRJ Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and retention for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to keep customers engaged and satisfied.
  • Automated Marketing: Collaborate with the CRM team to create and improve automated marketing strategies.
  • Daily Member Engagement: Plan and run daily member engagement programs to foster a strong connection with our customers.
  • Personalized Emails: Utilize customer data to send personalized emails that drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Project Support: Assist the CRM team with large-scale projects and initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards, including ISO 27001:2013, BS 10012:2017, ISO 50001:2018, and ISO 22301:2019.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: Proven experience in a similar CRM or marketing role, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and use it to inform marketing strategies.
  • Pressure Management: Calm and composed under pressure, with a focus on meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • HTML Skills: Experienced in reading and editing HTML code.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled at managing stakeholders and working to agreed timelines.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience working across its various applications.
  • Email Service Provider: Experience working with an email service provider, particularly Iterable, is highly desirable.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to proofread to a high standard.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative.
