About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM professional to join our team at MRJ Recruitment. As a CRM Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer engagement through effective marketing automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to design and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute daily customer engagement programs to drive business growth.
  • Analyze customer data to create personalized marketing messages and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the CRM team in large-scale projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, including ISO 27001:2013, BS 10012:2017, ISO 50001:2018, and ISO 22301:2019.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar CRM or marketing role, with a strong understanding of marketing automation and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with email service providers, particularly Iterable, is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to proofread to a high standard.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
