The Bridge (IT Recruitment) Limited is seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for the production, delivery, and performance of email campaigns to support our weekly BAU email programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of briefing, building, and testing email campaigns according to the CRM campaign schedule.
- Working with the Senior CRM Executive and CRM Manager to define and agree the contents of weekly emails and promotional activity.
- Collaborating with the Product and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are on brand and in line with client requirements.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Assisting in the maintenance of the CRM communications calendar to support planning and execution of campaigns to schedule.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
