Job Title: Commercial Vehicle and Agricultural Sales Director

Job Summary:

Millers Oils Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to grow and expand our Commercial Vehicle and Agricultural division. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships, and expanding our market presence in these key sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, fleet operators, and agricultural businesses.
  • Provide Technical Support: Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our products.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the commercial vehicle and agricultural markets.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Represent Millers Oils Ltd: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Millers Oils Ltd and promote our products.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in sales development, preferably within the lubricants, automotive, commercial vehicle, or agricultural industries.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle and agricultural markets and their unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
