Customer Support Specialist at Sopra Banking Software

Sopra Banking Software is seeking a committed Customer Support Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. In this position, you will be tasked with engaging with clients, identifying their requirements, and delivering outstanding support. Your primary responsibilities will encompass documenting incidents, issues, and modifications, overseeing and escalating concerns as necessary, and ensuring effective communication with both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document and verify customer incidents, issues, and requests for changes.
  • Engage with customers to comprehend their challenges and strive for professional resolutions.
  • Guarantee prompt resolution of incidents by collaborating with colleagues and clients.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding incident status and escalate potential service level breaches.
  • Produce internal management reports and customer performance metrics.
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and its customers.
  • Adhere to established processes and protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service capabilities.
  • Positive demeanor and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with helpdesk software.
  • Flexibility to travel and work varied hours.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Oracle or MS/SQL databases.
