Corecom Consulting is a leading provider in the construction sector, actively expanding its support team.
The IT Support Specialist will be tasked with delivering first-line assistance to internal personnel and partners. This position necessitates working in a split shift arrangement to ensure adequate coverage during both busy and quieter times. The specialist will manage incoming service requests, conduct checks on MS Teams consoles, troubleshoot network connectivity issues, and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes. The role involves utilizing ServiceNow for ticket management, change approvals, and asset oversight, as well as Salesforce for customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should be methodical and committed to ITIL standards.
Essential Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service abilities and a client-focused approach.
- Familiarity with Intune and Active Directory (AD).
- Capability to operate within a structured environment and comply with ITIL guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
