Job Summary

JRNI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our Global Customer Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Enterprise client base, working closely with various teams across the business to resolve technical issues.

About the Role

  • Respond to technical queries from customers and prospects, utilizing your problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve platform issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering and Development, to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
  • Assist with the configuration of customer booking systems and test changes to the platform, ensuring a high level of technical expertise.
  • Log and maintain accurate records of customer queries using ZenDesk and JIRA, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing timely and effective support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues, redirecting problems to internal contacts for resolution and ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level SaaS clients, with a strong understanding of complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • A highly motivated and self-starting individual, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience working with bespoke software products and a basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or other coding languages.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Jira, or equivalent bug-tracking software, with a strong understanding of customer support processes and procedures.
