Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic leader for our U19 Women's Team. This position offers a unique opportunity to oversee the effective planning, execution, and evaluation of daily training sessions, aligned with our Academy Philosophy and a collaborative approach.

On match days, you will be responsible for analyzing performances and compiling relevant performance data.

We are looking for an individual who can represent the Club and advocate for the women's game, with a commitment to enhancing our reputation at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club.

Coaching Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will possess extensive coaching experience, demonstrating a history of high performance in a professional setting. A comprehensive understanding of the FA Women's and Girls' high performance player pathway is essential. A UEFA B Licence Coaching Award is required.
