Deliver Exceptional Customer Service in Our Betting Shops

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Manager. As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the shop team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Process customer transactions, including cash handling and operating betting terminals.
  • Help customers understand our products and services, providing recommendations and advice as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our betting shops.
  • Passion for delivering great customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to deal with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
