About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Wholesale Service Desk team at South East Water.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is provided to business retailers by assisting with technical enquiries received via phone or email.

You will maintain focus on balanced scorecard objectives and adhere to business and wholesale processes, data protection, wholesale regulatory compliance, and attendance.

Proactive use of information and resources will be essential to ensure that skills and knowledge are kept up to date and continuously developed.

You will work closely with peers and colleagues to enhance the team working environment, resolve non-household customer queries, and ensure successful productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring excellent customer service is provided to business retailers
  • Maintaining focus on balanced scorecard objectives
  • Adhering to business and wholesale processes
  • Proactively using information and resources to develop skills and knowledge
  • Working closely with peers and colleagues to enhance team working environment

What we're looking for:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to flex between different computer systems
  • 4 GCSE passes (or equivalent), including Maths and English
