The selected candidate will be tasked with delivering top-notch care to adult inpatients and outpatients dealing with communication and/or swallowing disorders linked to cancer (excluding head and neck cases). Your work will take place within various settings, including multidisciplinary clinics focused on lung and neuro-oncology, as well as on the wards where you will assist patients with diverse cancer diagnoses.

About Our Organization

Our team fosters a robust culture of clinical support, supervision, and professional growth. We offer excellent supervision and peer support, emphasizing teamwork. We encourage quality improvement initiatives and research proposals, both within the SLT team and across multidisciplinary groups. Regular team meetings and opportunities for ongoing professional development through in-house training, clinical excellence networks, and external courses are available.

Job Duties

  • Assume clinical responsibility as an autonomous specialist, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to adult inpatients and outpatients with communication and/or swallowing impairments resulting from cancer diagnoses (excluding head and neck cancer) and/or related treatments or other acquired or structural disorders.
