Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. As a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and managing caseloads, developing and implementing intervention plans, and conducting training sessions. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage caseloads of children and young people with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to meet the needs of clients
  • Conduct training sessions for staff and parents on speech and language therapy techniques
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • HCPC registration (or eligibility to register)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with children and young people with speech and language disorders
