Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist for Children and Young People, you will be responsible for assessing and managing caseloads, developing and implementing intervention plans, and conducting training and workshops. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality services and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage caseloads of children and young people with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to meet the needs of clients
  • Conduct training and workshops for staff and parents on speech and language therapy techniques and strategies
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive support to clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and therapy sessions
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy or related field
  • HCPC registration (or eligibility to register)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
