Customer Revenue Specialist

Astute People is partnering with a leading District Heating Company to recruit a Customer Revenue Specialist for a role at their site in Carlisle. The Customer Revenue Specialist role comes with a starting salary of up to £24k plus a benefits package that includes a bonus and private medical scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake customer account reconciliations to ensure accurate billing and data receipt.
  • Analyze billing and debt data to identify trends and strategies for income recovery.
  • Review customer accounts requiring paper communications, including debt warnings.
  • Communicate with customers at risk of supply suspension.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Manage projects independently, with a willingness to take ownership and see tasks through to completion.
  • Apply solid analytical skills to interpret data, assess viability, and drive solution development.
  • Travel within the UK as required.
