About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Manager to join our team at MIDAS Specialist Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our Concessions Customer Services team and Compliance team.

Your primary focus will be on managing and monitoring reactive, remedial, and planned maintenance jobs logged against high-risk concession contract KPIs and SLAs. You will work closely with our Head of Business Performance to mitigate and reduce risk on penalties or financial deductions, while optimizing all revenue streams through proactive jeopardy management and accurate job logging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and complete high-risk reactive and planned tasks to ensure availability and minimize service failure points.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the risks associated with our contracts and organize the Customer Services team to minimize these risks while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the reactive job logging process to ensure adherence to SLA/KPI obligations and consider the financial and logistical implications of decisions.
  • Oversee the jeopardy management process to mitigate and reduce performance failure points and financial deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar Helpdesk Manager role.
  • Attained or working towards a Supervisory or Management qualification.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with proven experience in a supervisory/management role.
  • Good understanding of all service streams, including reactive, remedial, and planned maintenance.
  • Knowledge and experience within the Facilities Management sector.
  • Extensive planning and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
