We're looking for someone to help keep our members and visitors safe and happy in our swimming pool and spa facilities. As a Safety and Customer Care Specialist, you'll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and provide ongoing training records. You'll be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, and be willing to learn new skills. You'll be passionate about great customer care and be a real team player.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet facilities.
  • Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment.
  • Ensure everyone who arrives at our club enjoys a warm welcome and efficient service.
  • Be attentive and alert at all times.
  • Connect with members, helping them to feel valued and supported.
  • Paying close attention to safety and responding to any incidents straight away.
