Job Title: Territory Account Manager

Aspire Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Territory Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all pre and post-sales activity for medical equipment services within their designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful bid execution and contract management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver winning business and ensure high-quality service delivery throughout the contract term.
  • Drive excellence in service delivery and aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the Vitro Diagnostics industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
