Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team at Aspire Personnel Ltd. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering pre and post-sales activity for medical equipment services within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Account Management: Deliver all pre and post-sales activity for medical equipment services within your territory, including selling the company's Managed Service Contract (MSC).
  • Business Development: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to direct a successful bid for contracts and MSCs, and ensure the delivery of winning business is executed to a high standard.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
  • Service Delivery: Drive excellence in service delivery at all levels and aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Skills Development: Continually develop your sales, account management, and customer service skills to improve your ability to grow and retain business.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a direct sales role involving complex sales/tenders in the diagnostics arena.
  • Education: Life science degree or equivalent.
  • Skills: Formal Sales and/or Account Management training, knowledge of NHS networks and approaches to procurement, proficient with complex data analysis, and negotiation and influencing skills with key internal and external stakeholders.
