Role Overview
As a Territory Sales Specialist, you will report directly to the Regional Business Manager and be instrumental in managing the complete sales process. Your key duties will involve overseeing an established customer portfolio while actively pursuing new business ventures. Striking a balance between these responsibilities will be crucial for meeting your performance objectives. You should excel in building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across various customer accounts, continuously evaluating their needs and identifying opportunities to provide innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan for your designated territory to optimize sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Enhance and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Maintain thorough sales administration, including the use of CRM (Dynamics) to track leads, inquiries, and quotations.
- Engage clients in a consultative approach to customize appropriate solutions, ensuring a strong understanding of all packaging products and services.
- Enjoy 25 days of annual leave (increasing to 27 days with tenure) plus public/bank holidays.
