Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Danone Grocery Field Sales Team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for increasing visibility of key Danone brands in store and working closely with retailers within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent a wide range of Danone brands in store, including Evian & Volvic water, Alpro, Aptamil, Cow & Gate, Activia, and Actimel.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in store and at the retailer level.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.

Requirements
  • Experience of working within a field-based sales role with exposure to the supermarket retail environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Confident and comfortable building relationships in store with key contacts.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Previous experience working within a customer-centred role would be advantageous.
  • High levels of resilience and energy are essential.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Territory Manager who is passionate about Danone's products and values, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision. If you have a strong sales background and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that this role requires a full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 points or previous bans), and all offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check. This is a field-based role which will involve regular travel daily, so you must be comfortable driving distance. Please note that this role will also require manual handling/heavy lifting. Overnights may be required on occasion.
