We are seeking a dedicated Vision Care Associate to become a vital part of our team in Beckenham, working 5 days a week for a total of 40 hours (no Sundays).

Joining Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists as a Vision Care Associate means becoming part of an independent establishment. We utilize the latest diagnostic tools and cutting-edge technology in contact lenses, spectacle lenses, and frames, ensuring we stay ahead in the industry.
At Bayfields, we are passionate about delivering outstanding services to our clients. As a Vision Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for individuals visiting or reaching out to our practice. Your role will involve welcoming clients in person or over the phone with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel appreciated. You will actively listen to their needs and take ownership of their inquiries.
Collaboration with Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians will be essential as you work together to identify the best solutions for our clients. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service throughout the entire client journey at Bayfields. We are looking for an experienced Vision Care Associate, as this is a high-traffic practice. Proficiency in IT and excellent communication and listening skills are essential, along with the ability to foster strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
