Joining Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists as a Vision Care Associate means becoming part of an independent establishment. As a Vision Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting or reaching out to our practice. Your role will involve welcoming clients with a friendly demeanor, whether in person or over the phone, ensuring they feel appreciated. You will actively listen to their needs and take responsibility for addressing their inquiries. Collaborating closely with Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians, you will help identify the best solutions for our clients, focusing on delivering outstanding service throughout their journey with us.
