About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Supervisor at Avery Healthcare.

As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a small team within the Care Services department, ensuring that our residents' choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promoting High-Quality Care: Deliver person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitoring Progress: Closely monitor and report on residents' daily progress, ensuring all observations and interventions are recorded.
  • Resident Support: Provide ongoing support for residents, their families, and the Care Services team.
  • Team Leadership: Organize, lead, inspire, and influence a team to achieve exceptional care standards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, and a recognized Medication Administration qualification.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Senior Care role, with demonstrable ability in team leadership and management.
