About the Role

Your Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver high-quality person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and their preferences respected.
• Monitor and report on residents' daily progress, maintaining accurate records of observations and interventions.
• Address concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives in a prompt and respectful manner.
• Provide ongoing support to residents, their families, and the Care Services Team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate will have:
• A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• A recognised Medication Administration qualification and experience.
• Previous experience in a Senior Care role.
• Demonstrable ability to organise, lead, inspire, and influence a team.
