Customer Service Team Leader / Full time / Permanent / £28,000 - £30,000

Insight Select is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and developing a small team who provide administration support for customers.

  1. Ensure agreed service levels are met
  2. Make sure teams are maintaining quality in their work and provide feedback
  3. Maintain team training and ensure this is updated regularly
  4. Create training development plans
  5. Respond and action customer complaints
  6. Ensure procedures are followed and remain compliant
  7. Complete all required administrative tasks

Essential Skills:

  1. A minimum of two years' experience as a team leader ideally within financial services
  2. Previous experience in planning and monitoring team performance
  3. Be motivated and driven with the ability to coach a team
  4. Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
  5. Very organised and able to work to deadlines

Package:

£28,000 - £30,000
