About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tutor Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Tutor Support Team, you will provide administrative support to the Tutor Support Team Leader and process data capture in line with company policy, quality assurance processes, and auditable funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Tutor Allocation Officer and tutors to produce accurate allocations of work in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify learner submissions requiring reallocation and offer support to process in a timely manner.
  • Produce daily ducket lists to track and monitor tutor submission of work.
  • Carry out comprehensive monthly 1-1's with tutors to ensure KPI's and tutor standards and expectations are being met.
  • Process tutor submission of marked work, ensuring audit and quality assurance processes have been met.
  • Support other members of the team to ensure tutor submission and issues arising from submissions are addressed timely.
  • Supply processed information to internal departments to progress learners' qualifications.
  • Liaise with Tutor Support Team Leader on issues relating to tutors and support them to address issues.
  • Respond to queries from tutors accurately and timely.
  • Maintain an effective link between tutor and company by promoting a positive attitude.
  • Support other members of the team to ensure paperwork is prepared to company standard and dispatched timely.
  • Correspond in a professional manner with all internal and external customers.
  • Generate reports as requested.
  • Analyze daily overdue reports and address issues effectively with tutors.
  • Attend, organize, and prepare documentation, agendas, and minutes for meetings.
