Job Summary
ISS is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to drive operational excellence and meet contractual obligations across our key accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, identifying opportunities for development and growth, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive service delivery excellence and meet contractual requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Identify and develop opportunities for business growth and development, including new service offerings and partnerships.
- Manage and mitigate operational and commercial risks to ensure optimal profit and service delivery.
- Develop and lead the development of delivery of Soft and Hard Services, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
- Map and mitigate operational and commercial risks on the contract in relation to the optimisation of profit.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management, with a strong background in managing contracts within the healthcare sector.
- Strong operations management skills, with the ability to drive service delivery excellence and meet contractual requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
