About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at AND Digital. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and priorities.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and exceeding client expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and report on client satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
