Job Title: Strategic Account Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Strategic Account Director to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring both strategic and tactical excellence in our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational development of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) solutions across the account
- Develop and maintain the Account Development Plan involving key stakeholders
- Set up and manage client interactions across the country account with focus on innovation and best practice sharing
- Follow up resource-performance balance
- Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agreed contract requirements and the assigned Operational Procedures Framework (OPF)
- Ensure excellence in service delivery
- Develop and lead the development of delivery of Soft and Hard Services
- Map and mitigate operational and commercial risks on the contract in relation to the optimisation of profit
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of delivering Facilities Management services in both Hard and Soft FM (preferably in Healthcare)
- Experience of managing multiple teams and service streams
- Good commercial capability
- Strong Finance management skills
