Position Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Merseyside

Compensation: £23,962

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive housing management support to individuals at risk of losing their homes
  • Guide tenants through the process of housing benefit applications and link them with essential support services
  • Ensure adherence to housing regulations and organizational policies
  • Perform health and safety assessments as required

Qualifications:

  • Relevant housing qualification
  • GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Mathematics
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and external partners
  • Previous experience in housing management is advantageous
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
