The Role: Director of People
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of People to lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle at Plus Dane. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our people strategy, ensuring it aligns with our organizational goals and values.
As a key member of the Leadership team, you will:
- Champion a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and high performance.
- Develop and implement innovative HR initiatives that attract, retain, and engage top talent.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
