Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housing Management Specialist to join our Neighbourhoods Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of housing management services, including managing a portfolio of properties, maintaining a high-quality service for tenants, and helping to maximise our income.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver a wide range of housing management services, including estate inspections, tenancy management, and landlord liaison.
  2. Act as an ambassador for Torus, building positive relationships with residents, external agencies, and other teams.
  3. Meet key performance targets and deliver a service against Torus's corporate objectives.
Requirements
  • Certified in Housing (CIH Level 3) or willingness to work towards.
  • Experience of managing housing stock or delivering a service to clients.
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and ability to research knowledge.
