About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our housing delivery team at The Learning Foundry, a part of The Regenda Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the housing offer, ensuring a quality experience for learners and employers across various programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing staff in a high-performance environment, with experience in managing apprenticeship programs, including knowledge of funding requirements and OFSTED. They will also have a deep understanding of the housing sector and the ability to act as a subject matter expert for the development of our housing offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the housing delivery team to ensure timely learner progression, quality, and compliance with funding requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize achievement rates and meet financial targets for housing starts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and bring new opportunities to The Learning Foundry to enhance our housing offer.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing staff in a high-performance environment.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship programs, funding requirements, and OFSTED.
  • Strong understanding of the housing sector and ability to act as a subject matter expert.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Target-driven and resilient with a strong ability to adapt and innovate.
