This position demands a blend of strategic foresight and practical engagement to address business challenges, cultivate relationships at all organizational levels, and align talent management with our core business objectives.

This role is integral to our HR department, possessing the flexibility to collaborate with the people services team and senior HR leaders to ensure that our HR strategies are executed effectively and with consideration. The HR Partner plays a crucial role in nurturing positive employee relations throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Multifaceted Role: This position encompasses a wide array of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance evaluation, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing diverse HR responsibilities proficiently. Conflict Resolution and Risk Mitigation: Promote a constructive work atmosphere by addressing employee issues and alleviating potential conflicts. Take proactive measures to resolve disputes and sustain a cooperative workplace. Performance Evaluation: Oversee the implementation of performance evaluation processes. Assist managers in delivering constructive feedback to employees regarding their objectives and performance. Collaborate with leaders and senior HR partners to execute talent management strategies effectively. Employee Representation: Serve as a representative for employees, ensuring their perspectives are acknowledged and valued. Maintain open communication between the HR team and leadership to foster positive transformations. Employee Engagement: Cultivate positive employee relations by promoting a culture of high engagement and continuous enhancement. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I): Advocate for DE&I initiatives, cultural development, employee wellbeing, and talent advancement. Partner with business leaders to ensure the sustainability of these initiatives. Learning and Development: Assess the training requirements of employees and collaborate with senior HR partners and HR Centers of Excellence to facilitate relevant development programs.

Qualifications and Skills

Business Insight: Comprehend the implications of current economic and financial developments on the organization, utilizing this knowledge to shape HR strategies and decisions. Change Leadership: Proficient in managing organizational change and transformation initiatives. Active Listening: Demonstrate attentiveness and effectively interpret the needs of others. Inquisitive Nature: Employ insightful questioning to deepen discussions and enhance understanding of challenges. Conflict Mediation: Possess strong skills in conflict mediation to promote collaboration and resolve disputes. Global Perspective: Facilitate collaboration across diverse, global teams, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. Organizational Development: Consider both cultural and capability aspects when strategizing organizational development to align with business goals. Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in tools such as Google Suite and Slack. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a Master's degree in HR or a related discipline is preferred. Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within a commercial environment. Demonstrated capability to influence and guide senior stakeholders effectively. Experience with HR analytics and the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making. A track record of creativity and innovation in implementing impactful HR solutions. Competence in managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities. A proactive approach with a readiness to tackle new challenges and responsibilities. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
