Role Overview

As a Human Resources Partner, you will collaborate with senior leaders in the Digital sector, acting as a trusted advisor and business partner. Your role will involve supporting the implementation and achievement of strategic plans established by the leadership team. You will serve as a link to our centers of excellence, ensuring that the appropriate expertise is utilized to address business challenges.

This position will cultivate our organizational culture, enhance performance, coach management, and deliver measurable returns on investment by developing regional or divisional capabilities, maximizing efficiency, and driving customer satisfaction and shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in partnering with senior leaders in Digital to provide trusted advisory support and guidance. By working in collaboration with cross-functional teams and centers of excellence, you will create and implement strategic people plans that tackle specific functional challenges. Your duties will include mobilizing and executing these plans, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and influencing leaders, implementing business change initiatives, and promoting a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere.

Furthermore, you will analyze workforce data to guide decision-making, monitor progress against established targets, and actively contribute to improving metrics related to engagement, talent, performance, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing business performance and ensuring the organization possesses the necessary capabilities for success.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic HR professional with a solid history of partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders in fast-paced, complex commercial environments. You should possess a CIPD Level 5+ qualification and have experience in formulating and executing people plans in collaboration with centers of excellence. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills are essential, as is experience in talent management and driving significant business change. Your ability to leverage data for informed decision-making will be key, along with a deep understanding of organizational design and effectiveness.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience as a People / HR Business Partner in dynamic, complex commercial settings.
  • CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent combination of knowledge, skills, and experience.
