LEVL Telematics Limited is seeking a driven and results-oriented Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong outbound calling experience and exceptional telephone communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Identify and qualify sales opportunities, converting leads into sales, and achieving set sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Accurately record all customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the company's CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound calling or telesales, preferably within the telematics, technology, or automotive industries.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective outbound calling and lead generation.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
