Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth through innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Regularly analyze sales data and market feedback to refine strategies and enhance sales performance
- Proven track record as a Business Development Executive or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a global, multicultural environment
