Job Title: Business Development Manager
Reports To: Head of Sales
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and revenue expansion.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
- Business Development Strategy: Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives and provide regular reports to the Senior Management Team.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact business development efforts.
- Team Collaboration and Support: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance business development skills and knowledge.
- Qualifications: Degree or equivalent qualification (Desirable)
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, preferably in the education and skills sector (Essential)
- Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Essential)
