About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Severn Trent Services. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Legionella control and water hygiene regulations
