We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our proactive sales teams in the UK.

The Role:

This hands-on position will require you to be actively involved in developing the sales team, supporting field sales staff, and managing high-level tender documentation to secure major accounts. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and motivating the proactive sales teams to achieve their targets and perform to their highest potential.
  • Securing large new clients and overseeing the preparation of tender documentation for major contracts.
  • Providing guidance and support to field sales staff to ensure they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Focusing on onboarding large customers while strengthening relationships with existing clients, aiming for long-term partnerships.
  • Working closely with senior leadership to align sales strategies, drive lead generation, and support marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams.
  • A strong background in managing high-level tenders and securing large contracts.
  • A hands-on approach to sales with a passion for winning new business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative selling style.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver sales plans.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £70,000 - £80,000 (negotiable based on experience) + bonus scheme for exceeding sales targets, pool car for business purposes, company uniform, and 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
