Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Oldfield Advisory LLP. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue enhancement across our operations.
Reporting directly to our management team, you will oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve our growth targets. This includes managing the sales, marketing, and business development teams, as well as monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we stay on track.
Your primary focus will be on winning new clients and growing existing relationships through effective account management, business development, and relationship-building strategies.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing targeted sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive leads, and convert them into sales.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with experience in a professional services environment or similar industry. You will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
