Senior Business Development Director
Company OverviewRussell Taylor Group Ltd is a leading provider of environmental testing services. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Director to lead our technical sales division.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including private healthcare, pension, car allowance, and 25 days holiday.
Job Description- Bring in new business and manage established key accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Drive profitable sales growth.
- Re-engage with dormant accounts.
- Gather and analyse market industry intelligence.
- A wealth of experience in business development and key account management in a technical sales role at senior level.
- Experience within Environmental testing/Mechanical/Aerospace industry.
- Passionate about science and willingness to learn the technical element of the job if needed.
- Excellent negotiator.
- Confident managing multi-million-pound accounts.
Midlands region, with frequent travel required throughout the UK, up to 75% of the time.
