Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Director to join our team at Oldfield Advisory LLP. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial acumen and be able to portray a high level of professionalism in their work.

The salary for this role is £65,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a company car or car allowance option, free quality lunch, 30 days holiday, profit share scheme, medical insurance, and reward lunches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To support our clients in growing their businesses, generating cash, maximising profitability, and building valuable businesses through strategic advice and support.
  • To uncover needs, propose solutions, and work with sales and tax teams to upsell additional projects.
  • To lead regular client meetings where we help clients set a financial plan, and hold them accountable to this, including analysing and presenting their financial performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or financial advisory role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent communication and verbal skills at all different levels, including presentations, with the ability to self-motivate and manage clients.
