Field Business Development Manager

As a Field Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving overall new business revenue and volume targets, while ensuring minimum activity levels are achieved and exceeded on an ongoing basis.
You will lead a team of Business Development Managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. This will involve conducting monthly and quarterly one-on-one reviews to ensure effective communication and understanding of training and development needs.
Key requirements for this role include significant experience of leading a team of high performing Field based team in a B2B environment, with great leadership skills and the ability to sell to different audiences including Business Owners, Directors and HR Managers.
