We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Veoneer, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and driving business growth through effective commercial management and negotiation.

Based in Coventry, this role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and generous holiday entitlement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer/supplier relationships, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the automotive industry. A Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance is essential, with a Master's preferred. Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in other languages is a bonus.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and promoting the offer to customers, ensuring loyalty and growth through effective commercial management activities
  • Managing complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction

You will also participate in commercial negotiations, ensure coordination and cooperation among internal stakeholders, and track customer data in computer systems. Additionally, you will contribute to project management monitoring activities and control invoicing, account receivables, logistics, and quality/warranty costs.
