Account Manager - Hybrid Role

We are looking for a dedicated professional to play a key part in fostering loyalty through proactive account management and effective communication across internal departments. As an Account Manager at Menzies Distribution, you will contribute to projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and process improvements while collaborating with the wider team to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver reports on time, collaborating with Customer Support for effective communication.
  • Implement value-added activities across accounts and share successes.
  • Review and update Best Practice guidelines and training materials regularly.
  • Contribute to policy development to commercialize ideas.
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retailers.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, Business Objects and SAP.
  • Knowledge of Newstrade industry, specifically Retail.
  • Experience in Account Management role.
