Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales progress and performance
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials, including proposals, presentations, and case studies
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to clients and prospects
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the needs and challenges of our clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong relationships-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the Facilities Management industry
  • Ability to travel to client sites and attend sales meetings and presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
