Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at NP Aerospace. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving and supporting our business development activities to win new business and grow our sales of vehicle armour systems.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business-winning opportunities to drive revenue growth worldwide.
- Develop and execute Campaign and Capture Plans to capture new markets and drive sales growth.
- Generate new business leads and develop the new business pipeline to expose NP Aerospace products and technology to businesses and end users worldwide.
- Support wider Business Development activities, including the population and management of our business opportunity tracking system and the preparation of reports and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel on occasion, including international travel, to network with customers and end users in our target markets and geographic clusters to deliver significant growth and profitability.
- 5-10 years of experience in the defence and security industry.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development function.
- University or College degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or another similar field.
- Service in the military or a law enforcement organisation.
- Experience or knowledge of personal protective gear, body armour, and vehicle armour systems.
- Project Management or project engineering.
- Discretionary Half Year Bonus.
- Hybrid Working (subject to manager approval).

- Two weeks paid leave for Reservists and Cadets to attend yearly training/camp.
