Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled New Business Development Executive to join our team at Recruit Zone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a transactional market. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with the assistance of a lead generation team and a compelling marketing campaign.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the Construction market.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering over-target performance.
