Position Title: Restaurant and People Administrator
Location: On-site at Creative Restaurant Group
Reports to: General Manager and Head of People
Department: Front of House (FOH)

Role Overview:
We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Restaurant and People Administrator to enhance our operations at Creative Restaurant Group. This position is essential for the seamless execution of restaurant functions and human resources activities. You will collaborate closely with management to ensure efficient daily operations, assist with HR responsibilities, and promote effective communication within the team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Operational Assistance: Support management teams with everyday operations, including maintenance coordination and inventory procurement.
  • Data Oversight: Ensure accurate data reporting to various departments and maintain data integrity within the hospitality management system.
  • HR Management: Update and manage HR documentation, oversee employee records, and handle tasks such as employee feedback, exit processes, and leave management.
  • Employee Engagement: Provide support on employee relations, document meeting notes, and assist in employee performance evaluations.
  • Talent Acquisition: Facilitate the recruitment process by advertising job vacancies, reviewing applications, and managing the onboarding journey.
  • Training Coordination: Organize and facilitate training sessions as required.
  • Scheduling and Communication: Oversee appointment scheduling, maintain notes, and relay updates to the team.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and distribute employment offers, contracts, and onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks as directed by the Line Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in HR functions and restaurant management is advantageous.
  • Proficient in HR software and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
